Annual fee only $149
- All Service Agreement Customers receive priorty scheduling
- All service Agreement customers receive a 15% discount on all scheduled service calls. Note: No other discounts will apply.
- All Service Agreement customers pay no overtime rate for emergency overtime?weekend calls.
- All agreements will be for one full year from the start of the Service Agreement
- All agreements are transferable from owner to owner within the applicable one-year period.
- All agreements are for 3 bathrooms or less. For each additional bathroom add $49.00
